Network Overview

Our network starts with multiple carriers with diverse building entrances ensuring 100% network uptime with dual network feeds to each customer!

These dual network feeds lead to our Managed Cisco Firewalls which can be configured to permit, deny, encrypt, decrypt, or proxy all computer traffic between different security domains based upon a set of rules and other criteria.

This leads to our fully redundant managed Cisco architecture using 12008 routers and 6509 Layer3 switches enabling us to handle all of our own routes to and from all servers in any cabinet across our Edge network while also employing managed core intrusion detection.

Further security and uptime is acheived using:

• UPS Power Systems by Leibert and Powerware with 100% diesel generator backup with auto start and auto transfer switch
• environmental controls including Liebert air, under-floor cooling & humidity control via Liebert units
• multiple layers of 24x7 security cameras, card readers, and key pads where acilities are monitored with 24 hour recording and 5 day video storage, and
• fire suppression systems with pre-action sprinkler rated for telecommunication equipment/computer room and integrated smoke/heat detector system.
