All services are guranteed and any services not yet used are fully refundable.
Domain name registration and SSL certificates are not refundable, due to 3rd party rules, but are fully transferrable to other hosting environments.
You are guranateed to like your site because you don't pay for your site design until you accept your site!
Annual web site and email hosting are refunded prorated for services already used. So if you wanted to cancel in the 11th month of a 12 month plan, we would refund 2/12th's of the annual fee you paid.
